The witnessing aspect of ourselves (soul) rather than the inner critic.
The silent loving witnessing part of ourselves is just that; it witnesses all your thoughts, sayings, and actions without any judgements about them being right or wrong. It just lovingly accepts and witnesses what is without any expectations, judgements, or condemnations. This part of yourself inherently understands that everything comes from one source. However this is not the same as condoning harmful thoughts, sayings, and actions. But when one fully accepts what is, you are more empowered to change what is, you are more able to raise the expression of the oneness to a more harmonious level (we remember how to re-tune the frequency). We tend to be a byproduct of our belief systems but as we learn to engage this witnessing aspect of ourselves (not the inner critic) this witnessing part of us becomes more dominant. You become more and more the loving witnessing part of yourself, able to respond to life rather than being reactive to it. The realisation that the belief system you created is just the software, (the programme) that the real you (the witness or the soul aspect) is using in order to have an expression of itself through the mind and body.
