At the highest level you are pure creative energy, a form of Infinite Intelligence, beyond time and space relatively speaking, existing in all manner of multitudinous ways. From here you can slow down your vibration or frequency and so exist on many levels or bands of reality. The universe of relativity, the zone of free will is where a part of you, your SOUL is now existing with an earth mind and body. When you experience MIND-BODY-SPIRIT balance, your soul experiences its self through the earth mind and body and you become self realised. This feeling is beyond words. (you could say that the flesh becomes glorified.)
When you are being who you really are the primary feeling is one of connectedness between mind, body, and spirit. What we do is to bring all that we are to this moment NOW. From the perspective of who we really are our perceptions awareness and experiences will tend to have a more expanded, holistic, and hologramic feeling to them. Our minds and bodies come into balance with the heart which in turn brings out the soul. The back drop to our lives is one of lightness, joy, and ease. From this view-point the content of our lives naturally reveals many more pleasures in the here and NOW.
Being fully present you become a true gift to yourself, others, and the planet for you see things as they really are, thus releasing and setting free conditions, situations, circumstances and people from false perceptions. Your life can spin effortlessly because at this level of ourselves, time and space and the classical physics that go with them disappears. You experience a type of perpetual motion from which your life becomes one of conscious choice to conceive, create, and experience love.
